  This role acts as the authoritative voice for Finance requirements across Bolt, ensuring financial integrity, robust governance and strong cross-functional alignment. The Finance Senior Project Manager partners closely with Finance leadership, Commerce and business vertical teams to drive structured execution of financial projects.

  <title>Main tasks and responsibilities:</title>

  • <point>Serve as the senior point of contact for Finance, Commerce and business vertical teams on strategic initiatives, complex features and product changes with financial impact, ensuring early Finance involvement and clear articulation of requirements.</point>
  • <point>Lead large, multi-stream and high-impact initiatives end-to-end, coordinating planning, execution and closing of finance-focused projects, localisations, process improvements and product launches while defining and challenging scope where necessary.</point>
  • <point>Act as the senior escalation point for Finance leadership, driving cross-functional alignment, influencing senior decision-making and resolving complex conflicts to ensure effective collaboration.</point>
  • <point>Design, maintain and continuously improve Finance PMO governance, compliance and delivery frameworks, ensuring structured documentation, agreed methodologies and strong audit trails across initiatives.</point>
  • <point>Support smart resource allocation across Finance teams for cross-functional initiatives and lead deployment and training of project management tools (e.g., Jira) to enhance visibility, prioritisation and accountability.</point>

  • <point>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management or a related field.</point>
  • <point>Proven experience in project management, ideally within a Finance or IT function in a fast-paced technology or multinational environment.</point>
  • <point>Strong governance and senior stakeholder management experience, with solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (Jira preferred).</point>
  • <point>Strong Finance domain understanding, including experience with financial systems (e.g., ERPs, accounting software, payment platforms) and financial processes.</point>
  • <point>Proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously, prioritise effectively and deliver in a dynamic environment.</point>
  • <point>Excellent analytical, organisational and communication skills; PMP, Prince2 or other relevant certification is a plus.</point>
