Job Description

At Informa Festivals, you'll drive financial excellence in our exciting new division. Working directly with the Head of Divisional Finance, you'll ensure our teams have complete visibility of costs across all supporting functions while helping us achieve our ambitious growth goals.

What you'll do

  • Partner with C-suite leaders to provide financial insights and consolidated reporting
  • Deliver clear monthly reporting including cost analysis and risk assessment
  • Review balance sheet reconciliations and resolve issues promptly
  • Manage capital expenditure including reviews, reporting, and investment tracking
  • Drive cost efficiency by identifying opportunities and supporting procurement
  • Unify financial approaches between ex-Ascential and ex-Informa brands
  • Complete month-end accounting for divisional and vendor costs
  • Create financial plans including annual budgets, three-year plans, and monthly forecasts
  • Maintain recharge models and ensure timely accounting entries

Your impact

You'll provide the financial clarity and insights that help our new division grow strategically. Your analysis will directly inform leadership decisions and help us maximize our resources.

Qualifications

Skills you'll bring

  • Qualified accountant with post-qualification experience
  • Strong analytical abilities to transform numbers into actionable insights
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills to build models and communicate key messages
  • Problem-solving mindset with intellectual curiosity
  • Ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Experience with Essbase, Hyperion Planning or TM1 would be beneficial
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
