Does this sound like you?

A Senior Financial Analyst to join our growing data-driven FP&A function. This position will report to our Head of FP&A and partner across multiple teams across Flagstone to support major growth initiatives. You're excited to forge a new way to save!


What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with department leaders to connect operational metrics with financial outcomes. 
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders. 
  • Lead projects to optimize and automate Finance processes, ensuring the function is scalable for future growth. 
  • Build and evaluate business cases for new initiatives, considering both detailed data and the broader strategic context. 
  • Support and drive the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring timely submission and quality output. 
  • Manage and enhance financial models to forecast performance and inform strategic decisions. 
  • Deliver regular reports on key financial metrics to senior leadership and the Board. 
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses to assess new opportunities and guide decision-making. 

What you’ll bring:

  • Background in FP&A or Commercial Finance or prior experience in: Investment banking, consulting, big 4 transaction services or start-ups 
  • Strong business and financial acumen - understanding of D2C business models and the ability to manipulate large datasets to derive actionable insights. 
  • Exceptional communication skills to effectively influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization. 
  • Advanced analytical skills to interpret complex financial data and make strategic recommendations. 
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Comfortable with both autonomous work and team collaboration, with a hands-on approach when needed. 

Desirable: 

  • Qualified through ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent experience. 
  • Demonstrated success in delivering financial models and analyses that drive tangible business outcomes. 
  • Proficiency in identifying and resolving data quality issues, with a structured escalation plan. 
  • Knowledge of SQL and ETL processes is a strong plus.
