We have a great opportunity for detail-oriented and experienced Senior Finance Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will provide critical support in Finance operations, financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to drive data-driven decisions. You will be someone who is a results-driven professional with strong analytical abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
Principal Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver insightful financial analysis aligned with the business drivers, providing actionable insights for decision making.
- Drive an ensure accurate budgeting/forecasting submission.
- Instrumental in analyzing and refining operational finance processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance controls. Responsible for production of monthly Service Line level management information to Service Line leadership.
- Drive initiatives to optimize Accounts Receivable (AR) and enhance cash flow management.
- Collaborate as a trusted business partner with the Workplace Consulting and Program Management teams, delivering financial expertise and support.
- Contributing to internal audit activities as directed by Group and Cluster controller.
- Manage month-end closing activities, including balance sheet reconciliations and P&L reviews, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to and compliance with Group accounting policies and local regulations.
- Assist Operational teams with any ad-hoc requirements.

- Process-driven with a strong appreciation for effective controls.
- Committed to continuous personal knowledge and skill development.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with significant ability to model and manipulate data in MS Excel including use of graphs to present data and analysis. Very competent using all other Microsoft Office products and knowledge of accounting system interfaces.
