LONDON

Our London office is located in Old Street, London’s tech hub, and is home to a wide range of teams. Our open space is ideal for collaborative work and sharing ideas. We also have a large outdoor terrace, which is the perfect spot to have a team lunch or host events.

ROLE

As a Senior Financial Analyst in the Business Partnering team, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial transformation and supporting the growth and profitability objectives of Stadium Goods, a marketplace business that sells consignment and 1P purchased products in a traditional e-commerce experience. Your expertise and insights will be instrumental in identifying areas for improvement, optimising processes, and implementing best practices to position the business for long-term success. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Develop and maintain financial models, budgets, and forecasts to support quarterly, annual, and long-term strategic planning, and perform variance analysis, identifying and investigating deviations from plans, and proposing corrective actions;
• Conduct in-depth analysis, modelling, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making processes;
• Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, dashboards, and presentations to senior leadership and cross-functional teams;
• Act as a trusted advisor, partnering with cross-functional teams to understand their business objectives and provide financial guidance - Identify opportunities for cost optimization, process improvements, and revenue growth initiatives;
• Collaborate with the relevant teams including accounting to ensure data integrity and alignment with financial reporting standards;
• Identify and implement process improvements and participate in existing reporting enhancements with the mindset of continuous improvement.

WHO YOU ARE

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• MBA, CPA, or CFA is a plus
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, business partnering, or related roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesise complex data and communicate insights effectively
• Proficiency in financial modelling, data analysis, and visualisation tools (e.g., Google Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, Looker, SQL)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
• Fluent in English
