Senior Financial Analyst (Supply Chain)

The Role:

As the Senior Financial Analyst, you will support the FP&A team with coordination and consolidation of the Planning and Forecasting cycle for our Supply Chain function across our brands: UGG, HOKA and Teva. You will collaborate with our Supply Chain, Inventory and Logistics teams to ensure variances to Budget/Forecast are explained and addressed where relevant.

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated Commercial Business Partner with a sound understanding of the Supply Chain function, who can interpret financial data into insightful business analysis.

Your Impact:

  • Support the Senior FP&A Manager to coordinate the Forecast/Budget and prepare monthly packs
  • Collaborate with the Supply Chain team and be the key finance contact for all Supply Chain stakeholders
  • Assist the Supply Chain team with cost management to ensure efficiency
  • Optimise data and reporting to support business decisions
  • Provide analytical and financial support on ad-hoc projects

Who You Are:

  • You have a high standard of accuracy with financial and statistical data
  • You’re comfortable with presenting and influencing business decisions
  • You can interpret and present financial information effectively
  • You are comfortable with complexity

We would Love to Hear from People with:                

  • Strong experience in Financial Analysis, with a good understanding of the Supply Chain functions
  • Full qualification (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) or equivalent
  • Pan-European/multi-currency experience including USD
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, with advanced skills in Excel
