    Job Description

    As a Senior Finance Administrator at Frasers Group you will be working as part of our busy Finance function. Resolving customer account queries, collecting outstanding third-party debt quickly and efficiently. Alongside this you will:

    • Assisting with Barclays Banking, including day‑to‑day management of role profiles, system users, and bank account access
    • Managing the daily upkeep of customer information linked to the invoicing system
    • Supporting the finance admin team to identify and resolve discrepancies
    • Supporting audits and providing requested documentation
    • Assisting in the preparation of management information and reports
    • Assisting and supporting the admin team with Finance purchase orders and budget processes

    Qualifications

    • Previous experience in a finance or accounts role
    • Previous experience supervising staff is preferred but not essential
    • AAT (or similar) qualification 
    • Strong Excel and finance system knowledge

If successful we anticipate two further interview stages with the Hiring Manager/wider team which will be more technically focussed and could include a presentation/task so we can see your skills in action.
