The Role (UK/London area)

As part of our team, you will:

  • New bizz and networking - building a client portfolio

  • Advise top executives and owner-led companies on leadership, strategy, and organizational development

  • Lead executive search processes for key leadership positions

  • Coach leaders through their first 100 days and support team and leadership development

  • Build and nurture client relationships while developing your own portfolio

  • Collaborate with colleagues across Europe on cross-border assignments

You’ll be supported by a strong in-house team in research, marketing, business development, and assessment — giving you the freedom to focus on what you do best: creating value for leaders and organizations.

What You Bring

We imagine you have:

  • Track-record from Executive Search

  • A strong network at C-level or experience from leadership roles in the private sector

  • Proven commercial drive and a genuine interest in business and people

  • Excellent advisory and relationship-building skills

  • A master’s degree or equivalent professional experience

  • Strong analytical thinking and the ability to simplify complex challenges

  • Fluency in English
