About the Role:

You’ll join the Beiersdorf Beyond team as a Programmatic Senior Executive, and you’ll support the team as we design ways to use programmatic buying to solve a client or agency business challenge.

The Performance team at OMD EMEA comprises of circa 50 experts managing activity on a global scale across multiple digital media channels. Not only is this team responsible for the strategic planning and buying of Media advertising for our own office, but we also lead the EMEA hub to instil best practices, training and new innovations across the region. This involves working across multiple teams, clients and regions to drive the best performance for our clients, and ultimately for OMD EMEA as an agency.

The Media team forms part of a wider Performance Team, comprising of Paid Social, Display & Programmatic, and Affiliate & Lead Gen experts, who together with the client team build cutting edge, compelling and successful strategies to continue to grow our clients.


About you:

  • Experience managing programmatic marketing/advertising accounts.
  • You will need to have hands on experience; setting up, optimising and reporting using at least one DSP.
  • You will need to have a solid understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and publisher offerings.
  • You should have hands on experience troubleshooting multiple campaign elements including creatives.
  • Analyse ongoing results to ensure budget pacing and performance is met. Escalate performance/ budget issues
  • You should have a solid understanding on budget management and functionalities on the DSP
  • You will have hands on experience of brand safety/ ad verification tools, such as implementation, reporting and optimisation
  • You will work with the team to deliver a response to a brief and building media plans.
