WHAT’S THE ROLE?
We’re looking for a Executive Producer to join our fantastic team, initially working on the highly anticipated sequel to the zoo simulation loved by millions worldwide, Planet Zoo, and then to lead production on a new unannounced title.
As Executive Producer, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our games. You’ll collaborate with world-class talent across multi-discipline teams to deliver an experience that pushes creative boundaries and delights players. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Providing strategic leadership across the development process, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Working closely with the Game Director and discipline leads to execute the creative vision and maintain alignment across all teams.
- Mentoring and guiding the production team, overseeing resource allocation, and fostering an inclusive, high-performing environment.
- Taking full responsibility for project budgets, anticipating and mitigating risks, and making informed decisions to keep development on track.
- Maintaining clear, consistent communication with stakeholders and teams, providing regular progress updates and aligning goals with company objectives.
- Encouraging new ideas, optimising processes, and contributing to departmental standards, acting as a role model for exceptional production values.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Proven leadership experience in a production role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional results on multiple games.
- Deep understanding of game development processes, from concept to launch, and the ability to optimise workflows for efficiency and quality.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, capable of building strong relationships across multidisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrable expertise in project management, consistently delivering high-quality games on time and within budget.
- Strategic problem-solving and decisive leadership, with the ability to navigate challenges and drive successful outcomes.
BONUS IF YOU HAVE
- Experience with Jira.
- Familiarity with management or simulation games.
