About the Role:

The client for this role is Sony Pictures International, who are based in London and Los Angeles – and our OMD team mirrors that setup. You will have the opportunity to help build out the Paid Social strategies and execute for global blockbuster titles such as Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse, Gran Turismo, and Kraven The Hunter – along with a wealth of other titles throughout.

You will join the Sony Pictures team as a Senior Executive with a focus on Paid Social.. As a Senior Executive you will feed into the Paid Social processes and workstreams on the team. As a team, we are responsible for activating across TikTok, Meta, Pinterest, Snap, and Reddit.

Your role will be to support Managers on various workstreams across Paid Social, including campaign planning, reporting, budget planning, campaign build, optimisation and management, and to maintain relationships with the client. In this role you will be responsible for driving Sony Pictures' social media performance, identifying opportunities to optimise existing activations, and suggesting test and learns.

The OMD EMEA Performance Community is client-centric, with teams of Paid Social, Display & Programmatic, and Affiliate & Lead Gen experts working together to build cutting edge, compelling and successful strategies to grow our clients’ businesses.

The performance team work closely across the agency, so this role offers opportunities to acquire new skills across digital marketing and to work cross-channel.

We have a hybrid working model (three days in the office, two working remotely), to ensure that we meet the needs of both our people and our business, balancing the benefits of in-person connections with the flexibility of remote working.  Our standard working hours are 9:30 – 17:30, but we offer the ability to flex around core hours of 10:30 – 16:30 to give our people flexibility on how they manage their working day, whether that’s in the office or working remotely. For example, you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.
