About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Executive within the Digital Investment to join our agency team dedicated to a top technology client. 

You will be joining a combined programmatic & digital investment unit, responsible for delivering best in class full funnel programmatic campaigns, as well as direct video activity in EU & MERT markets. This is a unique opportunity to work with one of the world’s most exciting brands, covering all tasks from campaign planning, execution, reporting and forward-facing strategic opportunities. 

You will have strong knowledge of the programmatic marketing landscape, with experience delivering campaigns using multiple DSPs and other digital platforms (e.g. ad servers, ad verification etc). You will also have worked with multiple video partners on either a programmatic or direct basis. 

Campaign Management: 

  • Create media plans that align with the clients brief/goals, with rationale behind campaign planning and strategy.
  • Activate display & video campaigns to the highest level.
  • Optimise campaigns to ensure the best possible performance
  • Liaise with the wider planning team and other digital channel teams to stay on top of a fast paced campaign schedule. 

Reporting: 

  • Keep track of reporting schedules and templates.
  • Proactively provide performance insights to internal teams in flight.
  • Coordinate and present reports to global and local teams, including PCAs and QBRs.
  • Daily monitoring of pacing and budget management. 

Partners & Strategy: 

  • Maintain strong relationship with DSPs, vendor partners, technology suppliers & publishers to stay ahead of latest market trends and developments.
  • Feed into cross channel digital testing roadmaps with new opportunities and vendor beta tests.
  • Assist the Account Director with forward facing programmatic & video strategy tasks.
  • Ensure all relevant teams in the wider business are informed about new providers and updates to existing technologies. 

This is a fast-paced environment, working and connecting with some of the industry’s best marketing and advertising professionals all around the world. This position reports to the Digital Investment Director, working closely with the comms and media teams in London, Los Angeles, and local EU and MERT markets. The role will also be deeply connected to the wider OMD EMEA Digital Channel teams. 


About You: 

  • Advanced user of multiple DSPs (with DV360 a must).
  • In depth understanding of programmatic technologies and an ability to talk about them with ease.
  • Good understanding of media KPIs across the full funnel.
  • Regularly produced responses to brief across programmatic & direct video buys.
  • Strong ability to juggle multiple priorities, with understanding on how to delegate work efficiently.
  • Competent working in Excel and comfortable working with granular data.
  • A curious learner, with great attention to detail, who works with diligence.
  • A creative problem solver who can think ‘outside the box’ to find solutions.
  • History of collaboration across multiple teams or working on a large multinational client is a bonus.

We have a hybrid working model (three days in the office, two working remotely), to ensure that we meet the needs of both our people and our business, balancing the benefits of in-person connections with the flexibility of remote working.  Our standard working hours are 9:30 – 17:30, but we offer the ability to flex around core hours of 10:30 – 16:30 to give our people flexibility on how they manage their working day, whether that’s in the office or working remotely. For example, you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.
