The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Executive, Client Operations to join our financial operations team dedicated to a top technology client. This role will assist the Director, Client Operations in ensuring that client contractual agreements are upheld within a self-managed media function across the MET markets. 

This is a unique opportunity to work with one of the world's most exciting brands and to be part of a dynamic team within a full-service creative agency. 


This is a fast-paced environment, working and connecting with some of the industry’s best marketing and advertising professionals around the world, based in a diverse and vibrant office in central London. This position reports to the Director, Client Operations and the Global Client Operations lead while working very closely with the media teams in London, Los Angeles, and local MET markets.  The role will also be deeply connected to the wider OMD EMEA Finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

General

  • Budget Management: Manage expenditures across MET markets, ensuring that all budgets are delivered and reported correctly to the client. 
  • Client Billing: Agree accuracy of client-facing billing in compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Media Approval Tracking: Track all media authorisations and correlating Purchase Orders.
  • Quarter Close Processes: Ensure end of quarter accurate reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ad-hoc: Assist in requests, reporting, and client presentations.

Media Plan Management

  • Plan Execution: QA media plans weekly as input the global automation system (PlanIt).
  • Report Preparation: Prepare and present quarterly post-campaign reports to local and global clients.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Business Analytics: Experience in business analytics and a strong interest in media agency processes.
  • Attention to Detail: High regard for detail and exceptional follow-through while having the ability to think independently.
  • Technical Proficiency: Intermediate Excel skills required. MAC proficiency a plus but not required.
  • Time Management: Strong time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines consistently.
  • Multi-tasking: Ability to prioritize across multiple tasks and team in a fast-paced, email-heavy environment.
  • Collaboration: Enjoy working in a close-knit team.
  • Presentation Skills: Desire to develop skills for presenting within the agency and to clients

Flexible Working

We have a hybrid working model (three days in the office, two working remotely), to ensure that we meet the needs of both our people and our business, balancing the benefits of in-person connections with the flexibility of remote working.  Our standard working hours are 9:30 – 17:30, but we offer the ability to flex around core hours of 10:30 – 16:30 to give our people flexibility on how they manage their working day, whether that’s in the office or working remotely. For example, you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.
