This role will be based in our London office, with the expectation to be in the office 1-3 days a week.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a researcher to join our growing Business research team.  The Business team conducts research for Business-to-Business (B2B), regulated industry, and membership body clients, enabling them to make strategic decisions based on robust insights and analysis.

Our work typically focuses on understanding hard-to-reach audiences (such as business decision makers or industry stakeholders) and delivering strategic recommendations and actions to clients. We work with a wide range of clients from leading global brands to industry regulators.

 

As a Senior Executive, you will play a hands-on role in delivering high-quality quantitative & qualitative research projects, applying your expertise and analytical skills to support clients in better decision-making.

 

You will work across multiple projects simultaneously while reporting to Project Leads.  You will get to own client relationships, lead direct communications, and play a key role in research design and analysis.

 

This team is characterised by its flat management structure, high levels of personal career support and opportunities to take on real responsibility from an early stage.  Providing a fast-paced environment where the right person can learn, develop and progress quickly.

 

No two days are the same in this role! You will:

  • Act as the key client contact while managing the full project life cycle.
  • Draft all core research materials, including questionnaires, discussion guides, tab specs, recruitment screeners, and research reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish.
  • Support other team members.
  • Analyse data (quant & qual) to create a clear, compelling story that answer the client’s brief.
  • Work with seniors to develop these into draft reports and strategic recommendations.
  • Participate in results presentations to clients.

About You:

A Senior Exec is someone seeking to build their skills by facilitating the work of the wider team, whilst thinking about where and how they will progress. They will have started to develop some strong research skills and have a basic understanding of approaches and their application.  

Candidates must be able to demonstrate:

 

  • Confidence in using quantitative & qualitative methodologies within an agency setting and open to embracing new ones (e.g. AI).
  • Eagerness to work across a wide range of methodologies, including tracking and ad-hoc projects and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Looking to build your research skills whilst working with the wider team, thinking about where and how they will progress.
  • Naturally curious, you are someone always wanting to learn more. You will thrive on variety and challenge and being able to balance competing demands on your time.
