What you can expect

At Zoom, we believe connection is at the heart of great business. Our Executive Experience Centres and Briefing Hubs bring that belief to life—creating experiences that spark conversation, build trust, and inspire innovation.

We’re seeking a Senior Executive Briefing Specialist to join our London Experience Centre team. In this role, you’ll design and deliver impactful customer engagements that connect executive audiences with Zoom’s vision, people, and technology. You’ll serve as both planner and facilitator—crafting tailored agendas, guiding the day’s flow, and occasionally taking the stage to showcase Zoom’s products or share our story with clarity and confidence.

About the team

At Zoom, we support a diverse range of customers and partners in bringing cutting-edge communication and collaboration solutions to their organisations. The Zoom Experience Centre offers our customers and partners a chance to immerse themselves in our latest innovations and discover how Zoom can revolutionize their businesses. Our goal is to orchestrate strategic, collaborative, and customer-focused discussions and experiences that highlight what's possible with Zoom.

Responsibilities

  • Leading end-to-end engagement management: Own the full lifecycle of executive briefings—from intake and agenda design to on-site facilitation and post-event follow-up.

  • Partnering strategically with account teams: Collaborate with Sales to define objectives and shape experiences that align to customer and partner priorities and Zoom’s value story.

  • Curating and prepare content: Work with executives and subject matter experts to build tailored discussions and presentations that bring Zoom’s innovation to life.

  • Facilitating dynamic sessions: Host visiting customers with professionalism and warmth, creating an environment that fosters open dialogue and connection.

  • Presenting and demonstrate Zoom solutions: Poised in lead product demos or storytelling moments that highlight our platform’s capabilities across meetings, AI, and hybrid work.

  • Ensuring flawless logistics: Coordinate scheduling, space, AV technology, catering, and hybrid meeting setups to deliver a seamless, premium experience.

  • Influencing and problem-solve: Use negotiation and collaboration skills to align diverse stakeholders, pivot in real time, and offer creative solutions when plans change.

  • Leveraging data and tools: Manage requests and engagement data through Salesforce (SFDC) and our briefing software to track success metrics and identify opportunities for improvement. Championing continuous improvement: Gather feedback, share insights, and contribute ideas to enhance our storytelling, operations, and customer impact.

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years of experience in executive briefings, client-focused events, or strategic customer engagements—ideally in a SaaS or enterprise technology environment.

  • Able to present and tell compelling stories that engage executive audiences.

  • Have experience hosting in-person and hybrid executive briefings using collaboration and conference room technologies.

  • Maintain exemplary organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously and pivot gracefully when needed.

  • Be comfortable influencing across functions and using negotiation skills to deliver the best possible customer experience.

  • Demonstrate proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC), Briefing Source (or similar), and familiarity with conference room software and AV systems.

  • Possess understanding of sales and customer success processes—and how briefings support these motions.

  • Demonstrate a passion for customer happiness: willing to go the extra mile to ensure every guest leaves feeling inspired and valued.

  • Have a deep curiosity about Zoom’s platform and a desire to continuously grow your knowledge of our products and innovations.
