Team and Role Overview:

New Activity Risk Management is a part of the Enterprise Risk Management organization responsible for the design and implementation of firm-wide frameworks and practices that are integral and fundamental to Risk Management within Citi. The New Activity Approval Process is integral to Citi’s Risk Governance, providing robust diligence, review, and approvals for new or modified products, services, and capabilities, ensuring appropriate ongoing controls.

This role will provide professional and administrative services to the Global Head of Markets New Activity Risk Management (NARM), 3 other MDs in the NARM Team in London, a Senior Global Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Lead and wider London NARM team of up to 24 people.

What you’ll do:

  • Providing logistical support for hybrid working, shared desk space, working space requirements and booking.
  • Preparation and formatting of word documents, spreadsheets, presentations and biographies.
  • Assisting with IT issues including logging tickets, setting up drives, processing Marketplace requests.
  • Proactive diary maintenance.
  • Arranging meetings and Zoom calls.
  • Arranging for security passes, computer access and desk space for visitors to the London Office
  • Assisting with processing of new joiners, to ensure appropriate online access and desk space.
  • Booking Travel and Processing Expenses.
  • Carrying out routine administrative tasks such as filing, printing, photocopying, and collating of information.
  • Demonstrating consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup.

What we’ll need from you:

  • Substantial experience of operating at a senior level in a similar team role in a professional services environment
  • Proven experience of working effectively in a challenging environment, adapting to changing circumstances, and responding to varying needs and priorities
  • Advanced knowledge of IT software packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Microsoft Outlook required. 
  • Ability to build excellent working relationships
  • Strong interpersonal, organisational and administrative skills
  • Strong communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Capable of working under pressure with limited supervision.
  • Self-motivated and detail oriented
  • Ability to multi-task effectively and efficiently and manage multiple priorities.
