We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support a Wealth Managing Director who is a EMT1 leadership team member. Citi Wealth brings together the full power of Citi to serve the entire continuum of wealth clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Manages day to day calendar of MD, this will include coordinating all aspects of executive level manager appointments, meetings, receptions and calls.
- Coordinates travel arrangements; prepares and distributes schedules/agendas for trave Prepares, reconciles, and tracks expense reports through Travel and Entertainment Expense system.
- Part of a broader team of Senior Executive Assistants, required to build relationships and provide ad hoc support as required.
- Prepares and reviews materials and correspondence for meetings and assists with creation/modification of presentations, spreadsheets, and other documents.
- Orders supplies and processes invoices through Procure to Pay system.
- Assists in ad-hoc reports and special projects as needed.
- Schedules and coordinates 1 to 1 meetings with direct reports and team meetings.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behaviour, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Experience/Knowledge & Skills:]
- Previous Executive Assistant experience essential preferably within a large and complex financial services or similar organization.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to quickly gain command of new systems
- Self-motivated and detail oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Focus on timely execution and delivery
- Highly developed organization and problem solving skills
