Job Description

We are looking for a commercially-minded, senior events leader to take full strategic ownership of our Longevity Event Series - a fast-scaling portfolio that sits at the intersection of health innovation, startup ecosystems, and investor engagement. This role is ideal for someone with a track record of launching and growing event portfolios, building high-level strategic partnerships, and delivering high-impact content experiences that resonate across the tech sector.

Our ambition is to create the leading global platform for innovation in longevity - this is an exciting opportunity to build a flagship series that defines the future of human health and performance.

Key areas of responsibility:

  • Own and grow the global Longevity Event Series, including developing the long-term strategy.
  • Oversee the full event lifecycle - from concept development through delivery - overseeing content, partnerships, ops, and marketing (with support from internal teams).
  • Build and deepen relationships with key strategic partners, investors, health tech innovators, and government stakeholders.
  • Curate informative programmes, implementing and testing creative content formats.
Requirements

Essential experience and skills:

  • Proven experience owning and scaling an event series or portfolio in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Demonstrable track record of launching new events, including validation, research, speaker recruitment, and delivery.
  • Comfortable managing P&L responsibility, forecasting, and commercial performance.
  • Ability to forge positive relationships at a senior level with multiple different internal and external stakeholders.
  • Commercially astute with proven experience as a practical deliverer.
  • Demonstrable experience crafting compelling event agendas that maximise engagement and learning.

Desirable

  • Domain knowledge of longevity science, biotech, or health innovation is a plus, but not essential.
  • Experience with typical sales and marketing tools (e.g. Salesforce)
Benefits

We offer a range of flexible, discretionary benefits to our team. These currently include:

  • 25 days contractual annual leave
  • Enhanced discretionary leave provision, including an additional day off for your birthday and leave between Christmas and New Years Day
  • The option to work remotely anywhere in the world for 3 weeks/year (1 week at Easter and 2 weeks during July and August)
  • AXA Health insurance, with the option to add dependents
  • Life Insurance
  • AIG Smart Health access including online GP access and mental health support
  • Employee Assistance Program
  • Competitive pension provision
  • Perkbox membership with generous monthly allocation of points for day to day purchases
  • Learning and development annual allowance
  • Cycle to work scheme
  • Lunch 1x/week, office snacks, and regular team drinks
  • Quarterly team activities and annual team trip/day out
  • Access to the Founders Forum Group network of businesses and wider tech ecosystem

We currently work from our office 4 days a week with the option to work from home on Fridays.
