The Team:

This role is part of the ETF Management Solutions Product team. The team is cross functionality trained with the focus of product management. We are a team of highly motivated and driven individuals valuating different experiences and perspectives for the goal of sparking innovation and ensure market leading product centered around the ETF industry.

Responsibilities and Impact:

Candidate will be responsible for managing the product throughout the product lifecycle from planning to execution in support of organizational strategy and objectives. The role involves building relationships, identifying potential products, conducting market research, generating product requirements, production timetables, pricing and developing marketing strategies.

Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify competitors and trends, collaborate on product innovation, define market requirements with customers, track feedback, and drive overall business and technology strategy.

Product Planning and Management: Establish product strategies and roadmaps, specify product requirements for development, develop pricing and packaging strategies, oversee product development with cross-functional teams, and provide sales forecasts and reports.

Product Marketing: Create marketing plans and campaigns to boost product awareness, coordinate product launches with marketing, support sales with in-depth product knowledge, and implement marketing strategies to enhance sales and profitability.

Client and Sales Support: Deliver product demonstrations and training, create sales tools, manage client inquiries, ensure up-to-date product knowledge, optimize features based on feedback, and prepare pricing proposals to maximize revenue.

Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients and data providers, identify key contacts for relationship building, collaborate on resource allocation for product innovation, and participate in industry events to enhance brand visibility.

What We’re Looking For:

Basic Required Qualifications:

  • Education:

    • Undergraduate degree is a must

    • Graduate studies is preferred

  • Skills:

    • Product Management

    • Familiarity with Scrum/Agile

    • SQL and Python preferred

  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience

    • Broad knowledge of financial markets

    • Experience within the ETF ecosystem, as well as strong knowledge of other investment products and indexed investing

    • Involvement in the Creation/Redemption Process and/or analysing constituent level information used in various baskets.

    • Working relationship with market participants including but not limited to (Issuers, Custodians, Authorized Participants and Market Makers)
