Job Description

We’re looking for a seasoned Senior EPM Consultant to lead transformative FP&A implementations for our customers. You’ll be the strategic partner guiding clients through onboarding, delivery, and post-go-live success—ensuring they unlock the full value of their financial planning solutions.

Customer Onboarding & Delivery

  • Lead FP&A delivery projects, ensuring alignment with customer goals and measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Sales for seamless handovers and project kickoff.
  • Design scalable, cost-effective solutions that reduce complexity and drive adoption.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, sharing insights and best practices from your experience.
  • Support the PM to oversee project governance: design, timelines, budgets, risks, and change management
  • Provide quality assurance across multiple concurrent FP&A implementations.
  • Mentor and coach colleagues, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Integrate financial and operational data sources for end-to-end visibility and integrity.
  • Enable predictive analytics and scenario modeling for agile decision-making.
  • Implement rolling forecasts and driver-based models to enhance planning agility.
  • Help customers define KPIs and track performance to maximize strategic value.
  • Align Finance with HR, Sales, and Operations for cross-functional planning.

Post Go-Live Engagement

  • Partner with Project Managers and Customer Success to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Support business case realization and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Conduct solution reviews and health checks to drive adoption and expansion.

Product & Thought Leadership

  • Stay current on FP&A trends, technologies, and regulations.
  • Contribute to product boards and delivery methodology enhancements.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  • Maintain strong internal stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

  • Proven success delivering medium to large-scale FP&A implementations.
  • Experience with FP&A consultancy or software vendors.
  • Deep knowledge of financial planning principles and tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Prince2, or other formal delivery methodologies.
  • Strong business analysis and customer-centric problem-solving skills.
  • Commercial awareness and tech-enabled transformation experience.
  • Influential leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Positive, proactive mindset with ability to work independently under pressure.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Finance, Business, or related field.
