The Senior Manager, Enterprise Marketing EMEA will be responsible for aligning with key Enterprise stakeholders to understand Business and Marketing priorities, define objectives, build the EMEA strategy, and lead key programs to drive business growth and development of Veeam’s EMEA Enterprise business.  

The individual plays a pivotal role in defining and supporting interlock between EMEA Field Marketing, EMEA Sales, EMEA SDRs, Marketing Operations and Global Marketing teams to align with the go-to-market strategy.

Enterprise Marketing Priorities  

  • Strategy and planning: develop the Enterprise Marketing strategy – defining priorities, objectives and programs that align with GTM planning, corporate strategy, EMEA strategy and growth goals 
  • Campaign execution:  deliver Enterprise marketing programs targeting senior business leaders, that deliver an exceptional customer experience – including ABM programs and executive engagement programs 
  • Marketing team overlay:  act as a leading light for all Marketing teams that touch Enterprise, including Field Marketing, Global Marketing teams, and EMEA Marketing functions. Drive improved performance and contribution from each team. 
  • Measurement and ROI:  analyse and measure the performance of EMEA programs and regional engagements in line with marketing and business targets by upleveling efficiencies 


Responsibilities  

  • Drive the Veeam EMEA Enterprise strategy in collaboration with key stakeholders 
  • Lead the EMEA Enterprise Diamond Team – to drive engagement with Enterprise Marketing Managers, EMEA Functions, and Global Marketing teams.  
  • Align with the SDR organisation and Field Sales to deliver exceptional Buyer Group engagements that drive pipeline and revenue 
  • Ensure effective alignment and communication between Global, EMEA and Regions around programs, results and best practices  
  • Increase overall Enterprise engagement 
  • Prepare and control operating budgets relevant to the role 


Experience: Strong experience in Enterprise Marketing roles within IT and technology vendors 

Education: Bachelor’s degree required


Skills 

  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Enterprise Marketing 
  • Strong initiative and ability to work effectively under deadline pressures 
  • Critical thinking, analytical, decision-making, problem-solving and interpersonal skills 
  • Proven ability to effectively develop and implement programs and procedures as needed 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to successfully interact with all levels of management  
  • Ability to develop strong relationships throughout the organization and collaborate with senior leadership team 
  • Experience building budgets and business plans 
  • Some travel may be required
