IXL Learning, developer of personalized learning products used by millions of people globally, is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to join our growing team to support our Rosetta Stone product line. Rosetta Stone is the global leader of online language learning solutions. Rosetta Stone Enterprise provides companies and organizations with a world-class platform to address language-learning gaps by tracking and optimizing language training. 

The Senior Enterprise Account Executive owns a defined European territory and is accountable for new-logo revenue and expansion across a portfolio of enterprise accounts. You will build and execute a territory business plan, lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from first meeting through signature, and serve as a credible advisor to senior HR, L&D, and Talent Acquisition leaders on language capability. You will work with limited direction, bring your own methodology and network, and set the standard for pipeline and forecast discipline within the team.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Own new-logo revenue and expansion in a defined enterprise territory
  • Build and execute a territory business plan with quarterly milestones
  • Lead sales cycles and translate customer priorities into a business case with quantified value
  • Run multi-threaded deals and navigate procurement, security, legal, and worker council review
  • Help to design and implement new and creative sales strategies
  • Lead responses to RFPs and public tenders in cooperation with the proposals team
  • Position both the language training platform and the language assessment product across the test, train, retest cycle
  • Maintain forecast accuracy and pipeline hygiene in Salesforce using a structured qualification method
  • Partner with Account Management to secure renewal and expansion in your territory
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders through and beyond the close
  • Mentor junior Account Executives, share playbooks, and contribute to team best practices
  • Understand and keep up-to-date with ever-changing market trends
  • Gather customer feedback to help improve and enhance product offerings
  • Represent Rosetta Stone at corporate L&D, HR and talent conferences across Europe
  • Travel in territory to customer sites
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 8+ years of B2B field sales, with at least 3 years selling enterprise SaaS or services to HR, L&D or Talent Acquisition buyers
  • Consistent quota over-achievement, ideally against a quota of 1M USD or more
  • Track record of closing deals of 100k USD and above, with 6 to 12 month cycles and five or more stakeholders
  • Fluency in a structured sales methodology, and disciplined forecasting
  • Experience navigating enterprise procurement, GDPR, and DPA review cycles
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at executive level
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort selling a platform product, including integration topics such as SSO and API connectivity
  • Salesforce.com experience
  • Fluent English; more European languages are a strong advantage
  • A high level of self-motivation, energy, and drive to succeed
