We are hiring a Senior Employer Brand Specialist to help shaping and driving our Employer Brand Strategy across the Globe.


You will manage and be involved in a variety of activities ranging from global marketing projects to localized content creation, from digital marketing campaigns to virtual and in-person events, exploring new channels and much more.

Your mission:

  • Roll out our Employer Value Proposition successfully, alongside the corresponding Employer Branding Strategy to attract high-quality applicants
  • External Brand Promotion: Collaborate with the TA team to manage employer brand visibility across job boards, social platforms, career fairs, and industry events. Partner with the Communication team to amplify our brand in the talent market.
  • Content Creation: Produce engaging content for digital and offline platforms, including social media, career websites, recruitment ads, videos, and employee testimonials. Highlight the company culture, values, and the employee experience.
  • Talent Insights: Regularly assess and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and talent feedback to adapt strategies and keep the brand competitive and attractive to potential candidates.
  • Employee Advocacy: Foster a sense of pride and advocacy among employees to become brand ambassadors. Build internal initiatives that enhance employee engagement and inspire sharing of experiences on social media platforms.
  • Measurement & Reporting: Track and report on the effectiveness of employer branding efforts through analytics, feedback, and KPIs. Provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Manage our Talent Acquisition CRM, closely with our partner, and implement strategies for building a talent network/talent community

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience (at least 5 years) in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or related fields, ideally in an international or fast-paced corporate environment.
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of HR, recruitment, and talent acquisition processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling, creative content that resonates with diverse audiences.
  • Experience with digital marketing, social media strategy, and employer review platforms (e.g., Glassdoor, LinkedIn, Indeed).Creative thinking with a passion for storytelling and creating engaging content.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure and report on campaign effectiveness.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in employer branding, recruitment marketing, and employee engagement.
