Job Description
As EMEA ServiceNow.org Partner Manager, ServiceNow.org, you will be a core member of the EMEA ServiceNow.org sales team and will develop and execute a focused partner strategy to support growth in the region.
The Partner Manager manages ServiceNow relationships with our Partner Ecosystem across the EMEA Region for our business focused on nonprofit organisations. A large part of this role is to manage and nurture companies in the ServiceNow Partner ecosystem while also encouraging current ServiceNow Partners to develop and mature their ServiceNow practice.
In this role you will be responsible for leading co-sell/co-deliver and "sourced" partner NNACV for EMEA.org. You will produce new business in existing and new accounts, and ensure our partners help provide successful projects. You will work with sales, specialists, solution consultants and customer outcome teams to grow the pipeline.
Success will be measured by achievement of sales quotas for your allocated geography on a quarterly and annual basis.
What you will do in this role:
• Build Partner Practices through business plan development, account planning, partner expectation management, industry/regional/product focus. Sell, solve, bring growth.
• Drive ecosystem governance through team member communication, execution plans, reporting and dashboard preparation, global interlocks with other regions.
• Accelerate account growth through joint go-to-market plans in consideration of ServiceNow's four C requirements: Capacity, capability, Competency and Customer Success.
• Develop capacity plans to assure partners are well positioned to sell the value of the New Platform to nonprofits and to provide successful customer implementations (through proper competencies, certifications, and committed co-delivery plans).
• Work with .org, EMEA and partner marketing teams to build joint demand generation plans (partner prospecting days, CxO roundtables and joint events)
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
• At least 4 years prior experience working with sales, marketing, or Channel and Alliance partnership management.
• Experience driving successful business development activities
• Experience working with organisations in multiple cities and markets
• Nonprofit experience is a plus
• Stakeholder management skills, spanning from Product Leaders to Marketers and multiple Sales teams
• Excellent collaboration skills to deliver work in partnership with cross-functional teams, partners and third parties
• High-energy, take-charge personality with a keen sense of accountability for owning something end to end
• A hungry and humble mindset
• Up to 50% travel to support sales efforts and events
