Are you ready to rethink your routine? We’re looking for a Senior Education Manager to join our Retail Head Office team. Reporting into our Commercial Director, our Senior Education Manager will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality retail training programs focused primarily on product knowledge, skincare expertise, artistry and customer-experience excellence. This role combines curriculum creation with hands-on training delivery and in-store coaching. You will ensure our retail teams are empowered, confident and capable of providing a best-in-class Trinny London experience.

The Role 

Your daily to-dos might look like this:

  • Create engaging, effective and impactful training programs for Retail teams across all our markets (UK, ROI, AUS & US).
  • Develop learning content across multiple formats including digital modules, videos, in-person training, and shop-floor tools.
  • Produce comprehensive product education materials to deepen product knowledge and support sales.
  • Build customer experience and service-excellence training that elevates Trinny London's personalised customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with Retail Operations to create training content around operational processes and eventing.
  • Work closely with Regional Sales Managers and Head of Retail to identify and report on training needs, addressing skill gaps.
  • Measure the effectiveness of training using feedback, sales performance data and KPIs and monitor success of training team according to regional performance metrics.
  • Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance and learner progress.
  • Partner with Product Innovation and Marketing teams to ensure training content reflects Trinny London's brand campaigns, product messaging, launches and seasonal focuses
  • Lead on Training budget curation and tracking in partnership with finance.
  • Line manage our Field Trainers, supporting with coaching, guidance and feedback.
  • Maintain and update all learning materials to ensure accuracy, relevance and alignment to business needs.
  • Work with the Senior Retail People Partner to ensure the retail training calendar balances product, selling skills, business acumen and people training.
  • Champion Trinny London’s brand values, ensuring they are embedded throughout all training content and consistently modelled during coaching and facilitation.
  • Support the delivery of tailored onboarding and induction training for new store openings as well as new Retail and HQ starters.

Requirements

These skills will help you go far in this role:

  • Experience in beauty, skincare or cosmetics education within a retail environment.
  • Skilled in creating clear, compelling digital content (video, platform modules, toolkits, presentation creation).
  • Demonstrated experience delivering in-store and virtual training.
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Strong product and artistry knowledge with an understanding of skincare fundamentals.
  • Ability to simplify complex product concepts into engaging and digestible learning.
  • Strong organisational abilities and comfort balancing hands-on delivery with content creation.
  • Knowledge of professional certification courses within the beauty industry. 
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office and digital learning tools.
  • A natural educator with a warm, motivating and energetic delivery style.
  • Passionate about beauty, learning and inspiring others.
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
  • Willing to travel regularly across the UK and occasionally internationally.
