Position Impact

This role will be supporting the ecommerce team in delivery of sales revenue targets and ecommerce optimisation (Buyable selection, traffic, conversion rate, availability, content health, forecast accuracy). Primary ecommerce pureplay account will be Amazon with scope for additional leading EU pureplay accounts based on business needs. 

You will be working with one of our most important retail partnerships in Europe to accelerate growth across ZURU’s Toys and FMCG business. 

Location: ZURU London Office - 10-4 Pentonville Road Angel

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Vendor Central Account support for Amazon EU4 and help develop plans for new emerging market expansion (Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Poland).
  • Working with Ecommerce Leadership and Country Managers to identify opportunities to establish and grow ZURU brands on leading pureplay retailers across EU.
  • Use ecommerce insights and knowledge to optimise ZURU’s ecommerce capabilities with a focus on driving sales with pureplay ecom retailers. 
  • Provides suggestions to our in-house performance advertising team for advertising solutions (Sponsored products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display).
  • Identifies customer range gaps, customer challenges and proposes solutions to drive product development.
  • Provide ongoing cross market learning and solutions for wider company growth.
  • Engage content teams to improve detail page assets (Titles, Copy, Images, Video, A+ content).
  • Collaborate with global commercial brand managers to keep updated on product development, share wins, challenges and learning. 
  • Deep dive with sales analyst team to drive replenishment and forecasting accuracy. 
  • Carry out other requests as required by Ecommerce Leadership team. 

Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of sales account management experience.
  • Amazon vendor central or Seller central experience essential.
  • Experience with EU pureplay ecommerce retailers like Ocado, Bol.com, Otto, Allegro. 
  • Direct imports / FOB experience. 
  • End-to-end product lifecycle on Amazon or other pureplay platforms. 
  • Passionate about ecommerce, willingness to learn and build from the ground up. 
  • Ability to own projects end to end, move fast with a bias for action and overcomes challenges to drive results. 
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines on time.
  • Proactive sales and negotiation skills to drive win-win outcomes. 
  • Excel, PPT, Analytics, Amazon Advertising.
  • Strong written and verbal communication (English).
  • Additional European language skill desirable – German, French, Dutch, Italian, Spanish.
