Description

Are you ready to rethink your routine? We’re looking for a Senior Ecommerce Manager to play a crucial role in our in-house Digital team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving fast growth through the trading performance of our website in all countries (8 sites currently). Reporting to the Head of Ecommerce, you will be accountable for delivering best in class trading practices in driving conversion, content, site merchandising and  SEO across our global sites.

The Role 
Your daily to-dos might look like this:

  • Own global weekly trading for direct digital business aligned to business goals, identifying and reacting to commercial opportunities and risks looking ahead
  • Manage campaigns, promotions and content across sites with support from Content Coordinator, working cross-functionally to ensure entire journey and touch points considered
  • Responsible for overseeing the timely launch of products and merchandising onsite, improving product discoverability and driving UPT
  • Using data and tooling to identify opportunities to optimise user journeys, working closely with our BI, UX and Digital Product teams
  • Lead SEO strategy and relationship with agency and execution of recommendations, reporting back to senior management on results  
Requirements

These skills will help you go far in this role:

  • You will be an experienced global ecommerce retailer
  • Strategic mindset and commercial acumen
  • Confident in identifying revenue driving tactics (beyond discounting) and making them happen
  • Data driven and comfortable deriving insights and proposing actions, ability to independently analyse data while also working with Data teams
  • A clear and engaging communicator, who cultivates great relationships with commercial, marketing and tech to drive the customer experience and business performance
