Senior Ecommerce Manager (FMCG)

Location: Frimley, Surrey | Contract: *Maternity Cover*

Lead the future of online sales in FMCG.
We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive Ecommerce growth for SC Johnson in the UK. Reporting to the Sales Director, you’ll lead a talented team of Account Managers, shaping strategies for Pureplay and Brick & Click customers. This is a senior role with significant P&L responsibility, influencing how our brands win online.

What You’ll Do

  • Own Ecommerce sales strategy for UK FMCG market
  • Lead and coach a high-performing team
  • Build senior relationships with key retail partners
  • Translate brand objectives into winning digital plans
  • Drive excellence in SEO, eContent, ratings & reviews
  • Manage retail media and digital shelf performance
  • Report on Ecommerce sales & share to senior leadership

Experience you’ll bring

  • 10+ years FMCG experience, including senior account management and channel leadership with major suppliers
  • Proven leadership/management experience and coaching skills
  • Significant expertise in Ecommerce (Pureplay & Brick & Click)
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Ability to influence at all levels and deliver results
