  • Liaise with MUBI’s customer support team to troubleshoot logistical issues and ensure an optimal and consistent customer experience

  • Implement data-driven strategies to improve revenue, conversion rates, and customer engagement.

  • Manage performance tracking and reporting, analysing key e-commerce KPIs such as sales, customer retention, and average order value.

  • Coordinate with external vendors and fulfilment partners to improve shipping efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

  • Lead the expansion of MUBI SHOP, currently available in the UK and the US into new international markets, adapting strategies for local audiences and logistics.

  • Leverage CRM to drive traffic and increase sales.

  • Stay ahead of e-commerce trends and best practices, bringing fresh ideas to enhance the shop’s offerings.

What you will bring:
  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, preferably within curated, design-forward, or arts-related brands (fashion, design, culture, or similar).

  • Strong, proven experience managing Shopify.

  • A sharp eye for design and cultural trends, with a strong sense of visual and brand storytelling.

  • Experience with product curation, merchandising, and online retail strategy.

  • Proven ability to connect and collaborate with designers, artists, and culturally relevant brands to develop compelling co-branded merchandise.

  • A data-driven mindset with experience analysing e-commerce performance metrics and customer behaviour.

  • Ability to manage inventory, pricing strategies, and supply chain logistics.

  • Highly organised and proactive with strong project management skills.

  • A creative and entrepreneurial attitude, with the ability to think outside the box.

  • A team player who enjoys working collaboratively across different departments.

  • Passion for cinema, especially independent and international films.

  • Experience in international expansion and navigating global e-commerce logistics is a plus.
