Key Responsibilities • Development and Customization: o Design, develop, and customize IT2 Treasury Management System to meet business requirements. o Implement enhancements, workflows, and system integrations to improve treasury operations. • System Maintenance and Support: o Provide technical support for IT2, troubleshoot issues, and resolve system-related problems. o Ensure the stability, reliability, and performance of the IT2 system. o Perform regular system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities. • Integration and Automation: o Develop and maintain integrations between IT2 and other enterprise systems such as ERP, banking platforms, and reporting tools. o Automate treasury processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention. • Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: o Work closely with treasury, finance, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions. o Act as a subject matter expert for IT2 and provide guidance to stakeholders. • Compliance and Documentation: o Ensure compliance with industry standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirements. o Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, workflows, and user guides. ________________________________________
