As a Director, you’ll be at the heart of our UK tax practice, leading client engagements, delivering high-quality corporate tax services, and shaping the next generation of tax professionals. This is a senior, delivery-focused role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves balancing technical expertise with leadership.
Duties and responsibilities:
People
  • Manage and mentor a talented team of tax professionals.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive culture where people grow and succeed.
  • Drive onboarding, training, and performance initiatives.
Client
  • Oversee UK corporate tax compliance and advisory services for a diverse client portfolio.
  • Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and outstanding service.
  • Ensure timely, accurate delivery of engagements aligned with regulatory standards.
Value
  • Contribute to revenue growth through efficient project management and client retention.
  • Champion process improvements and leverage tax technology tools.
  • Stay ahead of UK tax legislation and share knowledge internally.
Education and Experience:
  • Qualifications: ACA, CTA, or equivalent professional certification.
  • Experience: Strong UK corporate tax background, ideally from a mid-tier or Big Four firm.
  • Skills:
    • Deep technical knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation.
    • Exceptional organisational and project management abilities.
    • Excellent communication - written and verbal.
  • Bonus Points: Exposure to international tax, transfer pricing, or tax automation tools.
