What we need:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Senior Director of Supply Operations to lead the team of supply ops PMs. In this role, you will oversee the seamless SDK, oRTB and VAST integrations, troubleshooting, and technical operations in support of our global commercial teams. This position requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in adtech operations and support, strong communication skills,  and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

As our Senior Director, Supply Operations, you will be…

  • Directing and managing the end-to-end onboarding processes for supply integrations across multiple integration types, building best-in-class onboarding processes to ensure a seamless integration for thousands of Publishers
  • Creating and executing SLAs for global Publishers in post-launch technical integrations, and technical and revenue optimisations
  • Leading and mentoring teams located in London, Krakow, and Dnipro, fostering a collaborative, results-driven culture
  • Monitoring and managing technical integrations with supply-side platforms (SSPs), and other adtech partners.
  • Identifying and resolving issues related to ad rendering, discrepancies, signals, ivt, fraud, and delivery to maximise supply monetisation
  • Analysing supply data to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements for revenue growth
  • Collaborating with Supply BD & AM, product, and engineering teams to develop solutions that meet client needs and drive business growth
  • Serving as the key escalation point for critical supply issues, ensuring prompt resolution and stakeholder satisfaction
  • Establishing and documenting streamlined processes for campaign operations, driving efficiency and scalability

You'll have:

  • Experience: Programmatic advertising, adtech, or revenue operations, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of SSPs, SDKs, CTV, In-App and Web supply, and related technologies. Familiarity with troubleshooting tools and methodologies.
  • Leadership: Experience managing diverse, international teams and driving collaboration across geographies.
  • Analytical Skills: Data-driven mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from campaign performance metrics.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to quickly diagnose and resolve complex technical and operational challenges.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
