Senior Director & Strategic HRBP, AWM, International

Reporting to the SVP of Human Resources – Global AWM and Global Commercial Operations, this role partners with senior leaders across International AWM Sales and Marketing teams in Europe, Asia Pacific, and global functions. The Senior HR Business Partner (SHRBP) will design and execute HR strategies and people programs aligned with business objectives, focusing on talent development, organizational design, workforce planning, and change management. As a strategic advisor and culture ambassador, the SHRBP drives initiatives that support business growth while championing employees and organizational transformation.

What will you be doing?

HR Strategy

  • Participates and contributes in leadership, financial and business planning meetings to advise on people and HR strategy for the business area; Uses people analytics and data insights to advise business on people plan

Leadership Coaching:

  • Provided coaching and guidance to Senior business leaders

Talent Management and Workforce Planning:

  • Partners with business leaders to attract, develop and retain top talent in the organisation to support business strategy.  Facilitate analysis, forecasting, and planning of workforce supply and demand, assessing gaps, and determining target talent management interventions to ensure that an organisation has the right people - with the right skills in the right places at the right time - to fulfil its and strategic objectives

Organisational Effectiveness and Design: 

  • Advises leadership on organisation design principles to drive and promote an organisation that can most efficiently and effectively meet its objectives
  • Partners with Sr. Leaders to build and modify organizational design to effectively support the business strategy

Rewards & Recognition: 

  • Partners with Total Rewards to obtain the necessary data and insights to develop and deliver a rewards and recognition strategy aligned with business needs and HR strategy; bring insight from data analyses to support the business in making rewards decisions

Organisational Culture:

  • Provides stewardship of the organisation’s culture and cultural pillars to facilitate success. Coaches leaders on the link between behaviours and culture. Weaves cultural standards into HR practices, processes and ways of working. Communicates the culture broadly and frames it in ways that engages employees. Puts into place systems and practices that aligns individual behaviour and organisational goals at all levels

Other duties as required:  Other responsibilities may include serving as a project leader or team member on HR and Business projects developing global strategies or programs

What will you need to be successful?

  • Location: UK – Must be able to travel to our Watford Head Office
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required - MBA or Master's equivalent preferred
  • Licenses/ Certifications: HR certification for senior professional preferred (i.e. SPHR or CIPD)
  • Director or Senior Director level HRBP experience with increasing complexity in areas of HR Strategy, Talent Management and Work Force Planning, Organisational Effectiveness and Design, Rewards, Engagement, and Culture.
  • Work experience within a global organization and directly supporting global, multi region/country teams and Sr. Leaders is required. Work experience partnering with a variety of global functions is required. Significant HR data and analytics experience is required.
Travel Requirements:  25%You. Unlimited.
