About Product Strategy.

Product teams build things that solve a problem or provide a benefit to a group of users. A Product Strategist's role in this is to ensure that what we're building strikes a balance between achieving the user goals and business needs. Product Strategy helps define the vision, manages the roadmap and backlog, and drives the delivery of features and activities to fulfill that vision.

The Role.

The Senior Director of Product Strategy will play a pivotal role in providing strategic direction and leadership for a portfolio of businesses and the global organization. This role will contribute to a shared vision, leading high-impact digital engagements from pitch to delivery. Sitting at the intersection of creative, technology, and business strategy, you will play a key role directly with clients and internal teams in building consensus on priorities, envisioning and bringing innovative digital products to market, and driving client growth from vision to launch.

You are able to simplify complex and technical concepts and plan, prioritize, and seamlessly integrate all moving parts in order to release high-quality products, and will bring a strategic perspective to projects as well as contribute hands-on in order to get things done.

What you'll be doing: Leadership & Product Strategy
    • Lead product strategy across a portfolio of businesses, aligning stakeholders and leading across diverse teams globally.
    • Partner closely with clients and internal teams to drive innovation, ensure product-market fit, and accelerate go-to-market success. Translate strategic vision into product roadmaps that guide execution and deliver measurable outcomes.
    • Simplify complex technical concepts to drive decision-making and stakeholder alignment.
    • Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies—especially AI—and integrate innovations into strategic planning and product development.
    • Roll up your sleeves when needed, contributing directly to the execution of initiatives to ensure quality and momentum.
Drive a culture of accountability, transparency, and collaboration across all functions.

Client Partnership & Commercial Oversight

    • Lead product and platform strategy from initial pitch through scoping, team planning, and final delivery, ensuring creative and technical excellence every step of the way.
    • Serve as the senior product strategy lead for clients across EMEA, embedding with senior stakeholders to guide product thinking, unlock growth, and deepen partnership.
    • Work closely with internal Growth partners to shape compelling pitch narratives and win new business.
    • Lead the scoping and staffing of complex digital engagements, particularly web and platform builds.
    • Participate in business development efforts, presenting delivery strategies during client pitches and helping to create project scopes, proposals, and Statements of Work..
What We Want to See.
  • 12+ years in Product Strategy or Product Management, ideally within a consulting or agency setting.
  • 10+ years of experience leading large Product and Platform transformation teams.
  • T-shaped background, deep in product strategy with a broad understanding of program management, client partnership, user experience, design systems, and technical architecture.
  • A sharp consultative presence, able to distill complexity, align stakeholders, and inspire client confidence at every stage.
  • Proven experience managing and leading multiple client projects simultaneously.
  • Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and traditional Product Management methodologies.
  • Experience with delivering complex digital, technical, and platform-focused projects.
  • Proven experience leading business development efforts from initial RFP response and pitch through to end-to-end delivery, ensuring strategic alignment and seamless execution
  • Experience managing global teams across multiple regions and time zones.
  • Ability to communicate complex issues clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels, driving decisions and results.
  • Excellent leadership and relationship management skills, particularly in high-stakes client environments.
  • Meticulous organizational and planning abilities, with a focus on delivering outcomes.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment with smart and opinionated colleagues who all work at a level of excellence, even under demanding deadlines.
