The Senior Director of Product Marketing is one of the most strategic positions in our company. You'll serve as the critical link between market intelligence, GTM, product strategy, and revenue execution. Leveraging AI, you'll build a continuous intelligence engine that gathers insights from customers, competitors, analysts, and the broader market and convert those signals into clear guidance that influences our product roadmap, sharpens our market narrative, and equips our go-to-market teams to win.
You'll manage a team covering product marketing, analyst relations, PR, community, customer expansion and advocacy, and you'll be an active external voice for the company through content creation, events, social media, and webinars.
Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain an always-on, AI-powered intelligence engine derived from competitor messaging, product announcements, pricing changes, analyst commentary, and buyer and customer sentiment across review sites, social channels, win/loss and direct customer feedback.
- Deliver intelligence to the business in consistent, structured formats so that product and sales teams can make faster, better-informed decisions.
- Use the intelligence engine to continuously refine messaging frameworks, positioning hierarchies, and persona-specific narratives that become the foundation of our “how to win” strategy.
- Sharpen target segmentation, ideal customer profiles, pricing and packaging rationale, and channel strategy. Externalize our economic value framework giving prospects the evidence-based tools they need to build compelling business cases for investing in Agiloft.
- Own thought leadership strategy focusing on the future of CLM and Contracts AI that positions Agiloft as a category leader. Partner with Sales and Partner Enablement to produce win-based playbooks, battle cards, objection-handling guides, and frameworks that shorten sales cycles and improve win rates.
- Act as strategic partner to product leadership and GTM, bringing market demand, competitive context, and customer intelligence into roadmap prioritization conversations and GTM strategies.
- Maintain high involvement in cross-functional product launches that drive measurable market awareness, pipeline generation, and customer adoption.
- Ignite customer advocacy by vertical, use case, market segment, and buyer persona.
- Maintain and develop a high-performing team spanning product marketing, analyst relations, public relations, customer marketing, content strategy, and community.
- Serve as primary Agiloft evangelist to the external market.

Required Qualifications
- 15+ years proven experience in a senior product marketing leadership role, ideally in CLM or B2B SaaS
- Deep experience using AI tools to scale marketing operations, content, and intelligence gathering
- Strong analytical skills with at track record of turning market data and customer insights into business strategy
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence executives, buyers, and sellers
- Experience managing diverse teams across multiple marketing functions
- Knowledge of the contract management, legal tech, procurement or sales operations is a plus
- Experience delivering compelling product marketing results and product revenue growth
- Demonstrable ability to develop content such as white papers, product presentations, etc.
- Experience managing and developing new product marketing programs with clear data driven results
- Experience managing product positioning, competitive analysis, and product pricing
- Experience collaborating effectively across functions like sales and product management to achieve results
- Experience working with demand generation to deliver high converting programs
