We’re looking for an experienced partner lead to join WRITER and help us build our GSI partnerships in EMEA. This will be our first partner hire in the region and will be responsible for building pipeline, driving partner enablement, and maximizing sales opportunities with our GSI partners. 

This highly strategic and cross-functional role will focus on developing new and managing established relationships with our GSI partnerships in EMEA. You'll collaborate closely with marketing, sales and customer success to drive new logo and expansion revenue opportunities; and with marketing to build robust co-marketing strategies with our partners.  This role reports to the SVP of Partnerships. 

🦸🏻‍♀️ Your responsibilities  

  • Build relationships and buy-in at the highest executive levels at large GSIs, and gain their commitment to a partnership with WRITER

  • Develop and drive GTM strategy with partners 

  • Navigate complex GSIs and drive widespread exposure and enablement across the firm  

  • Identify and develop new strategic partnerships for WRITER

  • Enable partners to accelerate the size and speed of enterprise-level agreements 

  • Contribute meaningfully to our larger GSI partner strategy

⭐️ Is this you? 

  • 12+ years of business development/partnerships/consulting/strategic sales at an enterprise software company or large GSI

  • 6+ years of business development and partnership experience with or at a large GSI

  • ​​Proven success in establishing and driving partner initiatives and relationships with consulting/advisory, managed services, or large systems integrators

  • Experience working with high-level executives at GSIs to achieve 6-7+figure deals

  • Start-up experience or success in adapting to a rapidly changing, ambiguous start-up environment

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively both internally and externally

  • Data-driven, with a drive to test, analyze, and optimize for short and long-term success

  • Based in London and willing to travel to meet partners frequently
