What You'll Do

Epic Games is seeking a Senior Director of International Marketing to accelerate player and engagement growth.  They will define the long-term vision, operating model, and execution framework for International Publishing across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. In this role, you will serve as the senior leader guiding Epic’s growth and presence across key international regions, ensuring our experiences resonate culturally, are delivered through world-class planning and execution, and are aligned with our global vision.

You will set the strategic agenda for regional publishing, shape global go-to-market efforts, and build the systems and infrastructure required to operate at both high scale and speed. This role requires deeply cross-functional leadership, exceptional judgment, and the ability to guide complex portfolios across diverse cultural, regulatory, and business environments.

In this role, you will
  • Set the global vision and operating model for International Publishing, defining how regions prioritize initiatives, plan campaigns, allocate resources, and measure performance across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM.
  • Drive global to local alignment by defining frameworks that maintain global brand consistency while empowering regions to deliver culturally resonant activations, partnerships, and creative executions.
  • Build the operational rhythms and insight loops needed for rapid decision-making, continuous optimization, and high-impact campaign execution.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing international marketing organization, overseeing regional Leads while building scalable workflows, cross-regional collaboration, and strong accountability across teams.
  • Serve as the senior connective leader across Product, Partnerships, Communications, Legal, and Finance, representing International Marketing in global planning to ensure alignment across business, creative, and operational objectives.
What we're looking for
  • 15+ years of experience leading international marketing or publishing organizations at scale, with proven success across multiple regions such as EMEA, APAC, and LATAM.
  • A track record of setting vision and driving long-term strategy in dynamic, high-growth consumer industries, ideally games, media, technology, or entertainment.
  • Deep expertise in global and regional alignment, with the ability to translate cultural insights into global frameworks while ensuring brand consistency and high-quality regional execution.
  • Experience working in companies and teams with complex business models, rapidly shifting priorities, and where change is the norm and new business models are emerging.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to drive influence through executive leadership toward unified global outcomes.
  • Strong, open-minded, team player whose values are in alignment with Epic's progressive and boundary-pushing culture.
