What you will do

  • Business Partner: Accountable to lead HR and business partner a 3+ B portfolio that comprises of Bioprocess commercial + Global Strategic Accounts. Business partnering would refer to developing people priorities, evaluating and creating right organizational design, org. structure, leadership capability, and culture.

  • Building high performing team: Working closely with the regional sales leaders to create a high performing team that would strive for growth. High performing team would refer to Trust based teaming, ability to challenge status quo, horizontal leverage, collaborative teaming and high accountability and commitment to results.

  • Enterprise Partner and Impact through influence: Be the voice of commercial organisation at the right leadership forum and enable impact through influence. Go to gemba, and understand the real world and enable decision making that are evidence based.

  • Best in class HR delivery: Work with other peer HR partners in the COO organisation and provide the best in class leadership and associate experience to internal customers.

  • Continuous Improvement through DBS: Be the promoter and practitioner of result-oriented DBS. Bring the learner mindset to work to diagnose the right problem and mitigate through DBS tools.

  • Commercial acumen: Ability to understand the market, buyer behavior, and the ever evolving dynamics of the commercial world and enable coaching and decision making in line with that.

  • Coach & Mentor: Coaching and mentoring peers and leaders is vital to progress of this role.

  • Strategic thinker: Big picture thinking would be necessary in this role to level up the game as the role works with Sales, Services, R&D, Functions, and peers in the function.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • A post graduation specialized in HR - or related field

  • An extensive and proven background in Global HR management

  • A Proven background in senior HR Business partnering - supporting a global Sales function

  • A proven background within the Healthcare sector would be advantageous

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role

  • Ability to travel 50% (Year 1) - Reducing to 25%
