We are seeking a Head of GSI Sales to drive and expand strategic partnerships with Global Systems Integrators (GSIs), accelerating revenue growth through GSI channels. In this high-impact role, you will develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, cultivate executive relationships, and ensure alignment with broader business objectives.

As a seasoned sales leader, you will navigate complex deal cycles, forge high-value partnerships, and drive measurable success. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in scaling GSI engagements and positioning LogicMonitor as a key partner in the global IT ecosystem.

Here's a closer look at this key role:

Strategic Planning and Execution

    • Develop and execute a global GSI sales strategy aligned with corporate objectives and revenue targets.
    • Establish a scalable framework for identifying, onboarding, and expanding partnerships across key regions.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Product, Marketing, and Delivery) to integrate GSI strategies into broader company initiatives.

Partnership Development and Management

    • Build and maintain strong executive relationships with GSIs, positioning LogicMonitor as a trusted partner.
    • Identify new business opportunities with GSIs and co-develop go-to-market strategies to drive joint sales success.
    • Manage and grow the GSI pipeline, driving revenue growth and expanded market presence.
    • Support the development of observability practices within GSIs, powered by LogicMonitor.

Revenue Growth and Sales Leadership

    • Own GSI channel revenue targets, ensuring consistent attainment and overachievement of sales goals.
    • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles involving GSIs and end customers.
    • Drive the negotiation and closure of large-scale deals in collaboration with GSI partners.

Team Leadership and Enablement

    • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing GSI sales team, ensuring clear goals and accountability.
    • Provide training and enablement programs to strengthen GSI engagement and drive technical certifications.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation across teams to optimize GSI programs.

Market Insights and Reporting

      • Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and the evolving role of GSIs to inform strategic decisions.
      • Provide regular reports on GSI sales performance, including pipeline health, revenue forecasts, and partnership impact.
What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred but not required.
  • 15+ years in enterprise sales, including at least 5 years managing GSI partnerships or large strategic accounts.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in complex, global sales environments.
  • Deep understanding of GSI operating models, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Strong background in technology, cloud services, enterprise software, or consulting services.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills, particularly with executive level stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable sales strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) for pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Ability to navigate complex, matrixed organizations and influence cross-functional teams.

Compensation packages at LogicMonitor for eligible roles include base salary, a variable plan depending on role, along with comprehensive benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary target for new hires in the position, determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, interview performance, and relevant education or training. LogicMonitor employees in eligible roles are also granted equity based compensation, subject to Board of Director approval. The Base Salary range for this role is:

$179,740.80$216,600 USD
