Job purpose:
The Cluster Lead is accountable for the delivery and deployment of the quality workstream across the Global Supply Chain network (Medicines and Vaccines). The role will work closely with other process cluster leads, functional leads, BI/SI partner and business units to ensure successful implementation of the target state processes and that business benefits are unlocked. The role will encompass all GSC geographic locations and will work in a highly matrixed team.
Key responsibilities:

Leads a team of Global Process Owners (GPO) and Subject Matter Experts (SME) to deliver a set of harmonised processes for GSC quality function within the S/4 HANA template across Medicines and Vaccines.

Adherence to the global S/4 HANA template ensuring an adopt not adapt approach is taken to process design to ensure successful transition from SAP ECC.

Accountable for ensuring the business requirements for GSC Quality are delivered and collaborating with the functional teams to ensure that these are translated into the template build and any design issues are resolved.

Communicate/escalate and ultimately resolve compliance and quality issues through proper governance forums.

Effective engagement and management of key stakeholders within GSC through each phase of the programme to ensure alignment and smooth transition to new ways of working.

Accountable for the timely delivery of satellite projects as pre-requisites to the global template deployment.

Ensure E2E alignment across ERP programme and with other systems supporting the process e.g. laboratory execution systems (LES), eQMS, etc., and work with other cluster leads to identify, problem solve and develop solutions to mitigate risks / issues.

Work closely with all the sites across the GSC network to ensure adherence to the global processes, that they are deployed successfully, and local variation is minimised.

Deliver the process SOPs and other related documentation to the required standards defined by the programme.

Support development of education and training materials and deployment methodology

Flag, review, and resolve key business risks, issues and inter-dependencies working closely with the GSC Programme and Integration Leads.

Ensure programme benefits are delivered through implementation of the Quality processes.
Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in technology or business
-
Significant experience in managing large complex transformation projects

In-depth knowledge of Global Supply Chain Quality processes and operating model within GSK

Proven leadership ability, including the skill to articulate ideas to business and gain change buy-in

Strong examples of coaching, facilitating and guiding others – directing, leading and mentoring others
