In this role, you will take leadership of teams that support the creation of, managing and exposing core data entities like elements, models and LEGO Sets, including their digital/3D manifestations. You will drive the continued development and expansion of these foundational systems, balancing the immediate need of our business with the long-term strategic direction of the company, ensuring that sound architectural and engineering principles are applied in the process.

Do you have what it takes?
  • 10+ years of documented experience from a digital software engineering position
  • 5+ years of documented experience working as people or team leader in the digital space
  • Understanding of agile methodologies and experience working with or on agile development teams
  • Experience driving cross team solution architecture from creation to implementation

We will also be looking for:

  • Delivery focused perspective that value efficient and agile product implementation over process heavy project execution
  • Knowledge of -or hands on experience with cloud services and cloud native architecture
  • Not foreign to concepts like continuous delivery, DevOps, serverless architecture and domain driven design
  • Prior documented experience working with software product development as a product owner, tech lead or similar
