Job Description Summary:

Reports To: Senior Director II, Digital Commerce, Europe Operating Unit

Role Purpose

At The Coca- Cola Company, we are not just refreshing beverages—we are refreshing careers. Join our Customer & Commercial organization and become part of a global system that values innovation, integrity, collaboration, and inclusive leadership.

The Senior Director, Digital Commerce (Network) plays a critical role in enabling, scaling, and harmonizing Digital Commerce across the Europe Operating Unit. The role serves as a connector and integrator across markets, bottlers, global teams, and functional partners—ensuring that Europe OU Digital Commerce strategies, toolkits, frameworks, and activation models are adopted, adapted, and deployed with consistency and impact.

This is a senior, networkled role focused on framework creation, capability acceleration, playbook standardization, analytical excellence, and scaled replication across eRetail, Food Service Aggregators (FSA), and B2B commerce. The role reports to the OU Digital Commerce leader in shaping priorities, building repeatable models, strengthening system readiness, and driving the digital transformation agenda across the OU.

Scope

Geography: Europe Operating Unit, with engagement across the broader enterprise also.
System: Partners extensively with bottler Digital Commerce, Operations, Commercial, Marketing, RGM, data/tech, and customer teams.
Team: Operates through networked leadership, orchestrating cross- functional and cross- market collaboration without direct line management.
Impact: Responsible for scaling digital frameworks, capability building, performance routines, and best practice replication across the OU.

What You’ll Do for Us

Support & Scale the Europe OU Digital Commerce Strategy

• Translate OU Digital Commerce strategy into frameworks, templates, toolkits, and repeatable models for markets and bottlers.
• Support the development of roadmaps for eRetail, FSA, and B2B activation—bridging demand creation, demand capture, and fulfilment.
• Ensure consumer, shopper, and customer insights are embedded into Digital Commerce planning and activation.

Enable Digital Shelf, Content & Activation Excellence Across the OU

• Build and codify Digital Shelf and content excellence standards, ensuring consistency in PDP, SEO/smart search, availability, ratings & reviews, and multimedia deployment.
• Lead the adaptation and rollout of OU activation playbooks (e.g., shoppable content, occasion- led activation, segmentation frameworks).
• Partner with global teams to adopt best- in- class digital assets and ensure fit for purpose localization across markets.

Strengthen Analytics, Measurement & Performance Routines

• Develop scalable analytics approaches and measurement frameworks (conversion, ROAS, share of search, media-to-shelf KPIs).
• Partner with Insights and Platform Services to integrate 1P/3P data and elevate the digital analytics capability across markets.
• Support performance routines, ensuring markets use digital KPIs to diagnose issues, prioritize actions, and track outcomes over time.

Drive Network Leadership & Market Capability Building

• Lead cross-market communities of practice to share learnings, accelerate replication, and identify scalable digital solutions.
• Build capability across KO and bottler teams—coaching on digital shelf principles, activation models, FSA best practices, and B2B optimization.
• Help markets embed digital commerce into their channel, customer, and commercial planning processes.

Partner with Bottlers, Markets, and Cross-Functional Leaders

• Collaborate with bottler digital teams to strengthen system readiness, align on activation principles, and ensure consistent deployment.
• Engage with Customer, Marketing, RGM, and Innovation teams to integrate digital opportunities across portfolio, pack, pricing, and activation.
• Support market engagement for priority customers, FSAs, and digital channels, providing frameworks, insights, and joint value creation levers.

Support Strategic Projects & Emerging Opportunities

• Lead or support high-priority Digital Commerce initiatives and pilots that can scale across multiple markets.
• Monitor emerging digital trends, platform evolutions, and customer needs—informing OU strategy and market guidance.
• Support the OU Digital Commerce leader with strategic materials, leadership communications, and cross-market alignment.

Qualifications & Requirements

8–12 years of experience in Digital Commerce, eRetail, FSA, B2B, performance marketing, or customer leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of digital shelf fundamentals, aggregator ecosystems, media-to-shelf principles, and omni-channel commerce.
• Proven experience in scaling frameworks, creating toolkits, and enabling adoption across multiple markets or business units.
• Excellent analytical acumen; ability to translate data, insights, and shopper signals into action-oriented recommendations.
• Strong influencing and relationshipbuilding skills across complex, matrixed organizations.
• Experience working with bottlers, major retailers, FSAs, marketplaces, or B2B platforms preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a networked leadership environment, orchestrating collaboration without direct authority.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders across markets and functions.

Travel: Periodic travel across Europe as required and depending on business needs.
