Reporting to the VP of Care Operations, you will lead the growth and continuous evolution of our Care Navigation team, encompassing a 24/7 Crisis Line, on-demand clinical support, and scheduled sessions with clinical care navigators.

We are seeking a dedicated leader to guide and enhance our clinical care services, delivering exceptional mental healthcare experiences to our members. This role will oversee strategic and operational initiatives to optimize care delivery, elevate clinical quality, and support the growth of a high-performing team.

This is a NYC-based hybrid role with 3 days a week in our Manhattan office.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Clinical Strategy & Delivery:
    • Refine and improve care navigation and delivery protocols using evidence-based practices to optimize member outcomes.
    • Deploy clinical resources strategically to maximize impact on care outcomes.
  • Team Leadership & Development:
    • Build and lead the Care Navigation team to maintain and enhance care standards across our global network of therapists
    • Foster growth and leadership development opportunities within the Clinical Operations team.
    • Cultivate a high-performance culture of trust, accountability, and collaboration.
  • Global Care Model:
    • Partner with Global Operations to design and scale a consistent, locally appropriate care services model worldwide.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Partner with Product, Medical Affairs, Data Science, and other teams to guide the strategic direction of care navigation and inform product enhancements.
    • Collaborate with Business Development, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership to achieve shared goals.
  • Program Oversight:
    • Oversee clinical programs, including:
      • 24/7 crisis response.
      • Referral workflows for internal and external behavioral health providers.
      • Clinical quality standards and program effectiveness.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to influence strategic direction.
    • Roll up your sleeves to ensure exceptional member experiences in a fast-paced environment.

What we expect from you:

  • Advanced clinical education in a relevant field (e.g., counseling, psychology, social work, public health) preferred but not required.
  • 5+ years of team leadership experience, with a preference for clinical team oversight.
  • Ability to work in our NYC office 3 days a week
  • Proven ability to lead, develop, and inspire teams to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to engage effectively with C-suite stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, inclusion, and building thriving teams.
  • Collaborative and resourceful, with a focus on collective success over individual achievements.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, and listening).

The target base salary range for this position is $187,400 - $243,700, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
