Job Description

About The Position 

People Inc is hiring a Senior Director of Brand Partnerships with a strong background and focus on the Travel & Credit Cards category within the advertising sales space. This role will specifically work within our Travel & Credit Cards vertical as a sales subject matter expert in these categories. In this role, you would be responsible for using your industry knowledge, expertise and existing relationships to build upon existing partnerships as well as forge new partnerships across digital and experiential.

Hybrid 3x a week- New York
In-office Expectations: This position is hybrid in-office, with the ability to work remotely for up to 2 days per week.

About Your Contributions

  • Responsible for representing the entire People Inc portfolio to our Travel & Credit Cards clients utilizing our robust offerings across digital and experiential to help achieve their business goals. 
  • Stay educated and focused on your clients’ business challenges and objectives and lean into the robust suite of People Inc advertising solution offerings to solve their business challenges
  • Develop and grow strong relationships with client and agency partners across multiple levels of both organizations
  • Lead strong relationships building a strong understanding of your clients’ goals and objectives and generate sales growth through proactive outreach, RFP responses and building larger overarching partnerships
  • Lean into the variety of solutions available including custom content, editorial sponsorships, social, YouTube, targeting capabilities across platforms, experiential and more to meet your clients objectives and grow revenue for your book of business
  • Forecast, track and report revenue contribution and performance with our internal resources
  • Serve as a category expert in the Travel & Credit Cards space by studying industry trends, challenges and opportunities as well as attend relevant industry and People Inc events  
  • Strong collaboration across numerous cross-functional teams 
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals

The Role’s Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's Degree preferred

Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in digital media, with a demonstrated track record of success in breaking accounts without no prior history of spending

Specific Knowledge, Skills, Certifications and Abilities:

  • Relationships within Travel & Credit Cards categories strongly preferred
  • Working collaboratively with sales support staff internally
  • Positive attitude, enthusiasm, high energy, and a passion for excellence
  • Results-driven orientation, superior client management skills, excellent follow-up and follow-through
  • Independent self-starter who comes equipped with strong contacts at key digital agencies and clients and can get up and running quickly
  • Strong presentation skills
  • High degree of integrity and business ethics
  • Willing to travel as needed

Pay Range

Salary: New York: $130,000.00 - $165,000.00

The pay range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position and may change in the future. Actual pay may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of People Inc's total compensation package for employees. Other compensation may include annual bonuses, and short- and long-term incentives. In addition, People Inc. provides to employees (and their eligible family members) a variety of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, prescription drug coverage, unlimited paid time off (PTO), adoption or surrogate assistance, donation matching, tuition reimbursement, basic life insurance, basic accidental death & dismemberment, supplemental life insurance, supplemental accident insurance, commuter benefits, short term and long term disability, health savings and flexible spending accounts, family care benefits, a generous 401K savings plan with a company match program, 10-12 paid holidays annually, and generous paid parental leave (birthing and non-birthing parents), all of which may vary depending on the specific nature of your employment with People Inc. and your work location.
