From the moment you wake up in the morning until you go to bed at night consider the media you consume, the adverts you see, the apps you use, the websites you browse and almost all of the shopping you do online throughout the day. Chances are that every single one of those interactions, every single one of those experiences, was touched by an Adobe product.

We are looking for a seasoned Insights and Analytics professional who will closely partner with the ecommerce acquisition and retention team and be responsible for bringing true insight and a core analytics focus.

Our ideal candidate will be prepared to deeply acquaint themselves with the nuances of every aspect of Adobe's Digital business across the varied EMEA markets and work hand in hand with the ecommerce managers to meet and exceed quarterly and yearly targets.

The position requires the diligent tracking and forecasting of performance metrics, along with the extraction of actionable insights. These insights are essential for empowering growth teams to address performance challenges effectively and to identify and capitalise on opportunities for improvement.

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver in-depth data analysis to extract insights, highlighting growth opportunities and areas for improvement, simplifying complex data into clear, actionable insights, effectively communicating recommendations to senior stakeholders.

  • Deep dive into key metrics to ensure we fully understand the trends and root causes.

  • Enable continuous discovery and timely insights. You will coordinate the discovery roadmap and regular insights sessions, build self-serve dashboards and provide weekly metrics reports

  • An ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders with succinct storytelling.

  • Work closely with analytics, marketing, and finance teams to ensure data is being used effectively to drive business strategies.

  • Lead quarterly forecasting, and support with budgeting, and strategic planning by providing data-driven insights on sales trends, market performance, and customer behaviour.

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to help define focus areas and translate data into impactful business strategies.

  • Validate business hypotheses using data analysis, offering evidence-based recommendations to guide decision-making.

  • Perform analytical deep dives into the digital journey of each category across traffic, conversion, retention, and upgrades with clear insights on trends and growth levers.

  • Collaborate across teams to drive a/b testing of cross-channel experiences.

  • Provide quarterly financial outlook updates based on leading KPIs and trends.

  • They should live the Customer Journey Steps – to ensure emerging trends are identified and anomalies addressed before they impact the business so we can drive step changes in our behaviours and our customer experience.

  • They should have a point of view on external factors driving the business – industry data, their influence on the business.

  • Create comprehensive and easy to use resources, such as forecasting tools, that can be used by the team and leaders to get an overview of the business.

  • Develop a clear understanding of marketing effectiveness and the marketing mix model ad provide suggestions for improvements and modifications.

What You’ll Need To Succeed:

  • Experience in building , implementing and maintaining forecast models

  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to transform complex data into visual insights that drive business decisions.

  • Advanced SQL experience, and Tableau , Python or similar.

  • Good understanding / exposure of the digital landscape and digital analytics – Adobe Analytics preferred.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, whilst proactively tackling challenges and continuously driving growth.

  • Strong understanding of key business value drivers, with a talent for identifying high-impact analyses early on.

  • Proven experience in partnering with senior stakeholders, using data to influence decisions and drive growth.
