The seniority of this position is flexible for the right candidate to be either a Manager or Senior Manager.

This is an exciting and fast paced role as we look to transform the way we deliver digital subscriptions. 

You’ll look over the full digital subscription strategy, and think about the customers full lifecycle, ensuring they always receive an exceptional product and customer experience.

  • You’ll play a key role in launching new digital subscriptions propositions along with supporting the growth targets of our existing products. 
  • Working with Future's key teams (Tech, Product, Service, Marketing, Retention, Editorial) you'll be the voice of the customer throughout their lifecycle.  Helping ensure that customers take the best action e.g. register, purchase, renew…

What you'll be doing

As our (Senior) Digital Subscriptions Manager you'll get to work for our market leading brands, alongside expert content teams to gain an understanding of our audiences needs and translate these into compelling digital subscription propositions.

Reporting to The Head of Digital Customer Experience, your role will be pivotal in driving the growth and transformation of our subscription revenues. 

You’ll oversee the end-to-end management of our existing and new digital subscription propositions, from analysing data, to identifying growth opportunities to developing and launching innovative new subscription products. 

Working closely with marketing, product and content teams you’ll ensure our propositions align with customer needs and deliver exceptional value to customers. 

You’ll be part of a team that will redefine our subscriptions, maximising revenues and optimising customer experiences. 

Experience that will put you ahead of the curve

  • An understanding of subscription, memberships or recurring revenue models 
  • Ability to analyse and interpret data
  • Proficiency  in GA4, Google Workspace (GSuite) 
  • An understanding of subscription models, ideally in a B2C environment
  • Experience nurturing digital subscriptions in the publishing sector
  • An understanding of how content can be used to create a subscription product
  • Demonstrate success in managing subscriptions, memberships or recurring revenue models 
  • Understand subscription customer lifecycles, management, acquisition and retention strategies
