About Us

TravelPerk is a hyper-growth SaaS business travel platform and a pioneer in the future of travel for work. Its all-in-one platform gives travelers the freedom they want whilst providing companies with the control they need. The result saves time, money, and hassle for everyone.

TravelPerk has industry-leading travel inventory alongside powerful management features, 24/7 customer support, state-of-the-art technology, and consumer-grade design.

Founded in 2015 and headquartered in Barcelona, we’ve grown to over 1,400 people across Europe and North America. In 2022 we became a ‘unicorn’ and in 2025 we raised $200 million in a Series E funding round, increasing our valuation of $2.7 billion.

We’ve been winning awards too. Since 2023, we’ve been voted one of the best places to work, one of the fastest-growing apps and tech companies, and a leading pioneer of business travel.

These are just some of the reasons why global brands like Wise, Red Bull, GetYourGuide, and Aesop trust us to get the most out of their travel

The Role

As Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth through data-driven paid media strategies. This role combines strategic planning, hands-on campaign management, and performance analysis to build and optimize multi-channel campaigns that help to build our brand, generate demand and support scalable global growth outside of traditional search channels.

Reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing, you will collaborate across teams to enhance our brand and demand generation efforts, leveraging industry best practices and cutting-edge tools to deliver measurable results. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in delivering and optimizing successful media campaigns across channels such as LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, YouTube, off-platform and programmatic networks.

What will you be doing?

  • Channel Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute holistic paid media strategies to meet qualified lead and revenue goals, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
  • Campaign Management and Optimization: Work closely with integrated campaigns and brand teams to launch, track, and optimize programs across channels including social, search, programmatic, and affiliate marketing.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Establish and implement a learning agenda, leveraging data insights, customer segmentation, and campaign metrics to refine strategies and identify growth opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging, smooth handoffs, and alignment on audience priorities.
  • Innovation and Testing: Design and implement test-and-learn scenarios to innovate and enhance campaign performance, applying lessons across all marketing channels.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitor campaign performance and ROI using tools like Google Analytics, Marketo, and other platforms, providing regular updates to stakeholders and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Forecasting, Budget and Timeline Management: Oversee campaign budgets and timelines, ensuring efficient resource allocation and on-time delivery of high-quality campaigns.

What will you need to succeed?

  • 7+ years of digital marketing experience, with a strong foundation in growth marketing and willingness to learn new tools and strategies
  • B2B SaaS or marketplace experience: You’ve worked at a B2B, preferably with a top-down sales model. Series D+ experience preferred.
  • Channel management experience: You are deeply experienced at executing campaigns across paid media channels (LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, YouTube, Taboola, etc), and you can clearly describe the campaigns you’ve run and what you’ve learned.
  • Proficiency in full-stack of marketing tools: You know what tools to use and how to use them—or you can figure it out quickly.
  • High quality bar. You've developed marketing strategies and tactics that put the customer first and understand how to hit revenue goals at the same time.
  • Experimentation mindset. You don’t just test things you’ve done before and understand the importance of testing and scaling what works.
  • TravelPerk doesn’t require academic studies for this position. We select based on experience and potential, not credentials
