Senior Digital Marketing Executive - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

This role is perfect for candidates who have successfully completed B2B social media strategies in asset management or financial services, including organic, paid, and employee initiatives.

A bit about the job:

The Purpose of this role is to support the execution, optimisation and delivery of digital marketing activity and campaigns across social media, email, and search. Your role will involve making vital tactical adjustments to optimize digital marketing campaigns on social media, email, and paid search platforms. Your main objective will be to align with Aviva Investors' strategic goals and deliver outstanding customer experiences. Alongside this you will also support the execution of digital marketing campaigns across social media (paid, organic and employee advocacy), email and paid search, while ensuring compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulations. The role will also require you to monitor and optimise digital marketing campaigns and use analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) to gather information from web and social media pages. In addition to this, the role will allow you to work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, the wider digital marketing team and as part of multi-disciplinary project teams both internally and externally to deliver exceptional digital customer experiences that are aligned to Aviva Investors’ goals and measurable through key performance indicators.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Hearsay, YouTube, X and employee advocacy tools (e.g. Hearsay Social) is preferred.

  • Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) for monitoring, analysing and optimising campaign performance.

  • A marketing / communication / digital marketing / related degree, or digital marketing certification is preferrable but not essential.

  • Previous hands-on experience in digital marketing roles, with knowledge of completing and improving campaigns across different digital platforms.

  • Good organisation skills, tenacious and driven to deliver – especially when working to tight deadlines.
