As Senior Digital Executive in our Melbourne office, you will support the online presence of select clients through breakthrough digital media strategy across all facets of digital marketing including search, programmatic and social.

You’ll help bring brands to life, share actionable insights to improve customer journeys and engage audiences through targeted campaigns and partnerships.

The ideal candidate is eager to learn and passionate about digital marketing, with a good understanding of the digital ecosystem and key platforms. You’ll support the team in delivering campaigns, analysing performance, and sharing insights. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset are essential, as you’ll work closely with internal teams and assist in client updates.

Core responsibilities:                                                   

  • Assist in managing and monitoring key digital channels such as search, social, and programmatic, learning best practices along the way

  • Support the team in shaping campaign objectives by contributing ideas and ensuring briefs align with brand and digital goals

  • Help develop tactical recommendations for audience targeting, placements, and creative mix under guidance from senior team members

  • Join client WIPs and post-campaign reviews, sharing observations and learning to provide insights and optimisations with support from the team

A bit about you:

  • A passionate digital practitioner with hands-on experience in bringing digital media campaigns to success end to end

  • Technical knowledge around key platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Google suite (CM360, SA360 and DV360)

  • Both data and commercial driven mindset to demonstrate ability in deploying media success towards business objectives

  • Great stakeholder engagement and client management, comfortable with reporting and presentations to external stakeholders
