Who are we looking for?
We're on the lookout for a seasoned Senior UX/UI Designer who embodies our studio's ethos of no-faff, no-fluff, and no-egos. As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the creative vision of our projects, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to our award-winning work. We're seeking a design guru with a wealth of experience, a passion for digital innovation, and an unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences.
What will you be doing?
As a Senior Designer, you will take the lead in:
- Conceptualizing and executing extraordinary digital experiences that captivate our clients and inspire our team
- Collaborating with other designers, Strategists, our project managers and tech teams to produce award-winning work
- Taking projects from ideation and delivering beautiful yet functional digital experiences. This includes creating user journeys, wireframes, pixel-perfect design and producing interactive prototypes
- Setting the creative direction for projects and guiding the team in executing designs that meet the highest standards
- Crafting unbelievable on-brand pitch presentations
- Facilitating brainstorming, creative problem solving and ideas sessions
- Serving as the trusted advisor to clients, guiding them to translate their vision into outstanding digital realities
- Developing and maintaining design systems or design libraries to ensure design consistency across projects
Our ideal teammate will have:
- A proven track record of senior-level digital design experience, with a strong focus on mobile-first and responsive web design projects
- A strategic thinker and problem solver
- Have a clear understanding of, and interest in storytelling and the ability to create strong user journeys that help brands communicate
- Expertise of digital design tools such as Figma & Adobe Creative Cloud
- Proficiency in Microsoft & Apple suites, including MS Office and Keynote
- Exceptional skills in interactive design fundamentals, including micro-interactions, animations, and user interface best practices
- A deep-seated interest in staying at the forefront of design trends and continuously seeking innovative ways to enhance our work
- Deep knowledge of Accessibility and Inclusive Design
- Proficiency in harnessing generative AI technologies to elevate creative concepts
- Experience in digital marketing design, branding, and creating marketing collateral
Your experience and skills:
- A beautiful portfolio that illustrates creative prowess ,strategic thinking, visual hierarchy and an mastery of design fundamentals and building blocks
- Experience of working in a creative design studio, ideally with leadership or mentorship responsibilities
- The ability to work both autonomously and alongside other designers, project managers and directors
- Excellent time management and have a flexible approach to work loads
